Join Senior Instructor Kelley Annese for an evening of self myofascial release and restorative yoga. 

Experience a full body massage sequence using a myofascial release tool that you can take home. Stretch and chill in restorative yoga postures that will compliment targeted massage areas, encouraging deeper release, tension and pain relief. Class will end with a guided deep relaxation that will leave you feeling clear, calm and rested.
