Suitable for students 6 weeks or more postpartum who have been cleared by their healthcare provider to resume physical activity. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
This is a gentler class meant as a way to support the body and mind after pregnancy while also incorporating foundational breathwork and movements to support core and pelvic floor healing. Class is catered to requests and student needs around areas of complaint with caring for a baby.
Class also include time for group check-in to connect with one another about individual experiences as well as general information around postpartum health. Babies are always welcome and can be incorporated into movements, but the focus of class is on the caregiver.
Meets Wednesdays 11-12 starting November 16.
$80 for 4 classes or $21 drop in.
