Prenatal Yoga


Led by Sarah Coombs, pelvic health therapist and yoga teacher.

Suitable for students during all stages of pregnancy and any level of experience.  This is a gentler class meant as a way to support the body and mind during pregnancy while also incorporating breathwork and strength-building movements.  Class is catered to requests and student needs around common areas of complaint during pregnancy.

Class also includes time for group check-in and discussion to connect with one another about individual experiences as well as general information about pregnancy.

Meets Fridays 6pm starting November 18. (no class on Nov 25 day after Thanksgiving).

$80 for 4 classes or $21 drop in
