Breathwork & Reiki for Self-Healing

Breathwork is a deeply healing and sacred practice. It engages the body’s energy systems to remove blocks and connect you to your emotional center, your creativity, your intuition, and your heart. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to release stuck energy and heal itself is stimulated. Combined with the gentle universal energy of reiki, you'll leave the workshop with a total energy reset.

This workshop will show you the simple and dynamic practice that can be used again and again for your own healing journey. We'll open up with a guided meditation then you will experience a full guided breathwork session that utilizes a cosmic playlist, essential oils, and other tools to support your individual experience. Breathwork is performed while lying down and while intense sensations or emotions may arise ultimately there is a clarity and closeness to self that rises to support you. Attendees who opt in will receive reiki during the session. The breath holds the agenda.

About Stephanie:

Stephanie is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master. She began her healing and service career over a decade ago as an Positive Psychology Coach. Her work guides people to look within, open their hearts and heal their relationship with themselves.
As a Breathwork Facilitator, Stephanie creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner worlds and connect with their breath. Her workshops and private sessions are designed to help clients release stress, anxiety, and trauma, allowing them to tap into their inner wisdom and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Stephanie‘s compassionate and intuitive approach to healing helps individuals transform their lives and find greater peace and joy.
She believes when we allow spiritual wisdom to inform our daily practices, our work and lives become more playful, meaningful, and magnetic.
