Rest & Recalibrate: Yoga Nidra and Reiki

Join Chrissy for a journey into rest, renewal, and intention setting to transition into spring. She will guide you through a gentle yoga flow followed by an exploration into deep and restful yoga nidra, all while being supported by reiki energy. Yoga nidra is a deep, meditative state that occurs in the liminal space between waking and sleeping. The long-term benefits of yoga nidra practice includes improved waking mindfulness, reduced stress, and enhanced cognitive function. As part of the yoga nidra practice, participants are called to focus on a Sankalpa, or a heartfelt desire as part of this workshop. The practice of yoga nidra allows you to uncover the layers and remove the chatter of everyday life in order to better listen to your soul's inner voice.
