Suitable for students during all stages of pregnancy and any level of experience. This 75 minute class is designed support the body and mind during pregnancy while also incorporating breathwork and strength-building movements. Class is catered to requests and student needs around common areas of complaint during pregnancy.
Class also includes time for group check-in and discussion to connect with one another about individual experiences as well as general information about pregnancy.
$100 for 5 classes or $25 drop in.
