Hip Hip Hurray! Back & Hip Therapeutics

Do you live with occasional or chronic back/hip pain?  Do you feel even slight discomfort when you practice certain postures in your yoga practice? No two bodies are alike, therefore your yoga practice should be adjusted to suit you.  Led by senior instructor, Kelley Annese, this workshop will release tension in the back & hips with myofascial release techniques, somatic movement, hip & back stabilizing exercises and nourishing yoga asanas.  We will address some common yoga poses that with a little tweaking, can make you go from hating the pose to loving it!  Ending with a nourishing deep relaxation focusing on balancing the lower chakras of the body.
