3pm- 5pm Join instructor Hilary (Richard) McIlvene for the very still practice of yin yoga. Through stillness, and a length of time (3-5 minutes) the body will release tension in the stiff connective tissues, working to increase mobility, strengthen joint capsules, relieve pain, and unlock areas of the body suffering from postural misalignments. This monthly practice can nourish the body on a physical, emotional, and energetic level, making it an ‘r&r’ experience.
